For support at the Berlin location, we are offering the following positions with immediate effect:

Senior Sales Manager (m/w/d)

That’s what we offer you at AgroSolar Europe:

As an experienced sales manager (m/f/d), you are in daily contact with farmers and decide together with them on the best individual combination of photovoltaics and agriculture for the respective areas.

You are responsible for:

New customer acquisition
Building sustainable customer relationships
Preparation of offers and conclusion of contracts
Profitability analysis
Cooperation with project engineers
Support and guidance of the sales team

What should you bring?

You bring along:

Several years of experience in the sales area
Pleasure in providing professional guidance to the team
Negotiating skills and persuasiveness
Independent and structured way of working and excellent self-management
Reliability, ability to work in a team and solution-oriented thinking
Excellent knowledge of German

Senior Project Developer (m/f/d)

As an experienced project developer (m/f/d), you take on complex projects with a high impact and support your team with words and deeds.

You are responsible for:

Construction-ready development of your Agri PV projects
Control of the technical project development
Ensuring project profitability
Obtaining the necessary permits
The support of less experienced team members

You bring along:

Several years of experience in the development of construction projects requiring approval
Secure understanding of technical, commercial and regulatory contexts
Enjoyment of professional leadership
Independent and structured way of working and excellent self-management
Reliability, ability to work in a team and solution-oriented thinking
Excellent knowledge of German and English
