For support at the Berlin location, we are offering the following positions with immediate effect:

Site Manager (m/f/d)

You are responsible for:

Independent management/supervision of construction projects in the field of agri-photovoltaic power plants
Coordination of the deployment of specialist engineers, consultants, site personnel and subcontractors
Handling of official matters as well as investigation of and compliance with standards/regulations
Monitoring of the construction process and execution of the construction site result control, in particular construction site logistics
Cost-optimized and on-time procurement of the required equipment, machines and materials
Acceptance of measurements, coordination and control as well as documentation of construction work performed
Preparation of and adherence to the detailed schedule

You bring along:

Completed technical education in the field of construction engineering (WKM, HTL, technical school, etc.)
Several years of professional experience
Technical knowledge in steel construction and/or in the field of photovoltaics is an advantage
Good IT user skills
Project management skills advantageous
Negotiation skills, assertiveness and high sense of responsibility
Ability to work under pressure, in a team and flexible

Agri-Photovoltaik Sales Manager (m/f/d)

You are responsible for:

New customer acquisition
Customer care, including the development of sustainable customer relationships
Preparation of offers and conclusion of contracts
Profitability analysis
Cooperation with the development engineers for the implementation of the system types
Market observation

You bring along:

Several years of experience in sales management, negotiation skills and persuasiveness
Interest and experience in the fields of agriculture or solar technology
Independent and structured way of working and excellent self-management
Reliability, ability to work in a team and solution-oriented thinking
IT knowledge of the common programmes
Car driving licence

Research and preparation of information on sustainable business development as well as market analyses
Support work for our existing business units
Evaluation, preparation and internal communication of your project and results

You bring along:

Enjoyment and skill in the conception and introduction of business models as well as in the dynamic development of renewable energies
Independent and structured way of working and excellent self-management
Reliability, ability to work in a team and solution-oriented thinking
IT knowledge of the common programmes
Solid knowledge of German and/or English

Internship Technical Development (m/f/d)

You are responsible for:

Various tasks, from the basic idea to the planning and possibly a first prototype are your responsibility
Research and preparation of information on sustainable business development as well as market analyses
Support work for our existing business units
Evaluation, preparation and internal communication of your project and results

You bring along:

Enjoyment and skill in designing and implementing technical product development and/or IT solutions
